refund policy
The following refund policy is in effect from August 1st, 2020 until further notice.
For all Travel Team Seasons, Leagues:
Full Refunds minus the registration fee ($5) will be provided up to two weeks prior to the start of the session. After the two week cutoff, a refund with a 10% cancellation fee in addition to the registration fee ($5) will be refunded up until one week prior to the start of a session. Cancelling less than one week prior to the start of the session or after the session starts will not be refunded or credited. Refunds are returned to the original payment account.
For all Tournament Registration Fees:
No tournament refunds will be given.
For all Summer Camps:
Full Refunds minus the registration fee ($5) will be provided up to three weeks prior to the start of the session. You can self cancel within the system. After the three week cutoff, a refund with a 25% cancellation fee in addition to the registration fee ($5) will be refunded up until two weeks prior to the start of a session. Cancelling less than two weeks prior to the start of the session or after the session starts will not be refunded or credited. Refunds are returned to the original payment account.
