CLINIC  DESCRIPTION

  • Different theme for each day of the clinic
  • Focuses on Fundamental development within that skill area
  • Will work on Developmental through Advanced training in that skill​​
  • Can sign up for individual days to focus on one skill or the whole clinic  to receive fundamental training. ​

Cost:
​$75 PER DAY 
$250 FOR WEEK 

One Sessions:
1pm - 3:30pm (Developmental)
or
5pm - 7:30pm (Advanced)

This is open to any and all players who are and are not consistently a part of our club.

You will be assigned to a session based on your training level.
Limit of 40 participants

CLINIC SCHEDULE

Camp Schedule
DAY 1: Receiving  
  • Players will learn new ways to receive the ball, how to keep the ball on their stick, and how to maintain control and effectiveness while receiving.
DAY 2: Hitting
  • Focuses on working on forehand hitting, reverse hitting, sweeping, quick shots, rebounds and other hitting skills.
DAY 3: Stick Skills
  • Focuses on all stick skills, 3D skills, deceptive skills and implementation into elimination situations. ​​​
DAY 4: Game Skills
  • Small game tactics and putting it all together into the game at game speed.
