Festival prep tournament
U14 Festival Team, U16 Festival Team, + U19 Festival Team will practice through November 20th.
*We will not have practice on Saturday, November 22nd - Tuesday, November 25th
November 15th + 16th for Festival Teams - Prep Tournament or some other play day​

Thanksgiving Dinner/ Welcome Dinner + Meeting
We will send out more information regarding Thanksgiving Dinner/ Welcome Dinner on Thursday, November 27th. 

Transportation
We provide all transportation for the players staying with the team at the tournament. Meaning, we will take them to and from the hotel and fields during the tournament.  We will also take them to and from the airport and the hotel if booked on one of the flights listed.  If your child is staying with family, then you are responsible for taking them to and from the fields during the tournament.

What to do:
1. Book your daughter's flight.  As with all tournaments, she is welcome to travel without parents. If that is the case, please book her on one of the team flights.  
2. Fill out Roster form from Players First.  You will receive an email from them directly to 'roster' your daughter for the tournament. Please fill this out. 
3. Book a hotel room. 
We have rooms for some of the girls already booked. Parents are not required to come, but if you would like to join, you can reserve a room through the links above.

Staying with Family (Cost: TBD)
You book your own flight and own hotel. You are welcome to stay at the same hotel as the team or the same flight. We will not provide transportation during the tournament for players who are staying with family. This also includes practices prior to the tournament, video footage, dinner Wednesday night, snacks during the tournament at field.

Staying with the Team (Cost: TBD)
Includes the following items: hotel, transportation to and from the airport and fields, dinner Wednesday night, video footage of the games, practices before the tournament, breakfast daily and snacks/food during the tournament. 

Does not include your flight and any food your child might want in the airport.  Please book one of the the TEAM FLIGHTS listed for your child if they are flying unaccompanied. If you are traveling with your child, feel free to book whatever flights you choose - just drop your child at the hotel Wednesday night to join the team when they arrive.

Please register by September 12th.
