Arriving in Palm Springs:
- We will have team room check in at the hotel from 11am - 7:30pm. Please come to the Valencia Ballroom to get your daughter's hotel key. Parents have to check in separately at the front desk. Meeting Wednesday @ 8pm: Valencia Ballroom - Meet with your team & coach - Receive team packet with info for the weekend & schedule - If you dropped the stick at practice that weekend, you can pick up your stick here Flights:
If you are feeling ambitious- here are the flights we will provide transportation for *if you book a different flight, then your parents will be responsible for transporting you to the hotel* - be at the hotel by 8pm on Wednesday, November 26 - United: 11/26 IAH 9:02a→PSP 10:30a (nonstop) 11/30 PSP 1:22p→IAH 6:20p (nonstop) or 11/26 IAH 9:28AM - ONT 10:58AM (nonstop) 11/30 ONT 11:33AM - IAH 4:39PM (nonstop) Southwest: 11/26 HOU 12:15PM - ONT 3:25PM (1 stop) or 11/26 HOU 1:00PM - ONT 3:55PM (1 stop) 11/30 ONT 9:25AM - HOU 3:30PM (1 stop) Cost: Includes hotel stay, transportation to and from hotel to fields, and airport if on the designated flights, breakfast, Thanksgiving dinner, practices, snacks & drinks at tournament. Room Block Information
A tentative group block of rooms has been reserved for your team by your coach/team leader for the 2014 National Hockey Festival. These rooms are available to you on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved no later than November 1, 2014. · Please go to our website www.globaljbs.com/groupreservations/ · Enter your Group Code listed below and click “Submit”. · On the Accommodations Tab, you will see the hotel your team organizer has selected for your group; enter your check in/out dates and the quantity of rooms desired, and then click “Make Reservation”. (To view/reserve a hotel other than the Team Hotel, goto https://www.globaljbs.com/app/event/fh14 ) · You will need to either log in as a Returning User or create an account by clicking Register. (If you have not previously created an account you will need to do so at this time, this will allow you to come back and view your reservations, make adjustments and easily create new reservations.) Log-in to complete your reservation. · Review your personal details for accuracy and enter your Credit Card Information. Click Make Reservation. 11/5 - 6pm - 8pm @ HASP 11/12 - 6pm - 8pm @ HASP 11/16 - 2:30pm - 4pm @ Kinkaid 11/19 - 6pm - 8pm @ HASP 11/23 - 2:30pm - 4pm @ Kinkaid *Each team will participate in the Columbus Day Tournament as a U14 Texas Pride Team* - the girls can double roster with their school team if they choose, but is expected to be at all Texas Pride games |
