Practice Times
The players selected for the following teams will practice at the times indicated regardless of their grade:

U14 RCC Team: 3pm- 5pm on Sundays
U16 RCC Team: 5pm - 7pm on Sundays
U19 RCC Team: 7pm - 9pm on Sundays

If you are selected to an RCC Team, you must participate in Spring League.  

Additional team practices:
May 30th - June 1st:  6pm - 9pm at SJS
